T7 Components — 15% Video Refund Program
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This promotion is available to customers who purchase eligible T7 Components products directly from t7components.com during the promotional period. Wholesale and B2B orders are excluded.
- Refund Amount: Customers can receive a 15% refund on their eligible product purchase, up to a maximum of $50 CAD per order. Shipping fees, taxes and duties are excluded.
- Video Requirements: Videos must be at least 30 seconds long, clearly feature the purchased T7 Components product, and contain original content created by the customer. Unboxing, installation, product demonstrations and honest reviews are all accepted.
- Publishing Requirements: Videos must be posted publicly on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Customers should tag @thirty7_official on Instagram where supported. Videos must remain publicly accessible during verification.
- Transparency: All opinions must be genuine, and positive reviews are not required.
- Submitting a Claim: Customers must complete the official submission form with their full name, order number, email address and direct video link within 60 days of delivery.
- Refund Processing: Each eligible order qualifies for a maximum of one video refund. Submissions will be reviewed for compliance with these terms, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Content Ownership: Customers retain ownership of their videos. T7 Components may only repost or use submitted content with the customer's permission.
- Program Changes: T7 Components reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program for future purchases, subject to applicable laws. Qualifying purchases made while the offer was active will remain eligible under the terms offered at purchase.
- Other Conditions: Fraudulent submissions, duplicate claims, or videos that do not meet the program requirements may be declined. Refunds cannot exceed the qualifying amount actually paid for the product.
